Twelve men charged for attempting to smuggle Mkula logs

Twelve men who attempted to smuggle 140 logs of Mukula in Vubwi District have been charged with being in possession of unlawful biological resources.
Eastern Province Police Commissioner Eugene Sibote confirmed to Breeze News.
He says that the men are still locked up in custody after being
found with 140 logs of Mukula in Vubwi District.
Mr Sibote warned the people against being involved in illegal trade of Mukula stating that they will be arrested and prosecuted.
He explained that there is need for people to be refraining from bad vices.
Meanwhile Mr Sibote says the manhunt for the killers of an albino woman, Charity Zimba in Lundazi district is still on.
