A Zambia Air Force Officer arrested for being in possession of government trophy in Mfuwe.

The Zambia Wild Life Authority ZAWA in Mfuwe has arrested a ZAF, Zambia Air Force major and a cook for being in possession of government trophy.
Eastern Province Permanent Secretary, Bert Mushala says that the identified ZAF major and his cook were found with carcasses of a Bush Buck and a Puku.
Mr. Mushala could however, not provide further details as he had not yet been furnished with full details of the arrest.
And a senior ZAWA officer told Breeze News that the ZAF officer was nabbed within Mfuwe area after being found with the two carcasses.
He explained that ZAWA received a tip off that the Major had carried the named wild animals using a government vehicle.
The vehicle has since been impounded by ZAWA in Mfuwe
