Artists in Chipata congratulate Chims Kelly for BnB Award

The Provincial Arts Advisory Committee in Eastern Province has congratulated Chipata based musician, Chims Kelly for winning an award at Born and Bred musical awards held in Lusaka on Thursday.
Chairperson, Samuel Imileko Phiri says that winning the ZNBC Radio 4 Best Song of the year award for his “Dorika”hit song is not a small achievement.
Mr. Phiri says that the Provincial Arts Advisory Committee is happy with what Chims Kelly has achieved for Eastern Province.
And Mr. Phiri has advised other artists in the region to take Kelly’s achievement as a wakeup call to operate in a professional manner.
He indicated that Eastern Province has produced so many great artists and that they too can succeed if they work extra hard.
