Breeze FM Station owner bemoans poor business support for the station in Eastern Province.

Breeze FM Managing Director and Station owner, Mike Daka has bemoaned lack of business support for the station in Eastern Province.
Mr. Daka says that without support from businesses in Lusaka and organisations outside the country, Breeze FM would have not managed to survive because Eastern Province has not supported the station fully.

Speaking at a party to commemorate the station’s 13 years in operation last evening, Mr. Daka appealed to the business sector and government in Eastern Province to support the station.
He however, pointed out that he had no doubt that the station will continue to receive support from government, companies, staff and people of Eastern Province, which will enable the station to continue operating.
Meanwhile Mr. Daka has paid tribute to government, Breeze FM staff both present and former, the board, non-governmental organisations, companies and people of Eastern Province for their support in the 13 years that Breeze FM has been operating in the region.
He explained that when a company like Breeze FM operate for more than five years, it means that there is something right, which it is doing.
Mr. Daka pointed out that government has been instrumental in Breeze operations because of licenses it has given the station to operate and extend its coverage to the entire region.
He further explained that the station has experienced board members and staff that have assisted to add value to the station and offer quality service.
