Construction of nine health posts starts in Lundazi district

Construction of the 9 health posts which are part of the 650 health posts that government is building across the country has commenced in Lundazi district.
Acting Lundazi District Commissioner, Mukule Banda says that Jaguar Overseas Limited has already moved to the district and that construction of slabs in selected construction sites has commenced.
And in a separate interview with Breeze News, Acting Lundazi Community Medical Officer, David Zulu said the construction of the 9 health posts is set to be completed within 12 months.
Dr. Zulu revealed that the idea of putting up more health posts closer to people was to encourage people seek medical services.
He however, appealed to government to deploy more health staff as they put up new infrastructure.
