Dora Siliya is now confirmed candidate for PF in the Petauke Central Parliamentary by-election.

The Patriotic Front PF has adopted former MMD Petauke Central Member of Parliament, Dora Siliya as its candidate for the forthcoming parliamentary by-election slated for June 30.

PF Secretary General Davies Chama has confirmed the adoption of Ms. Siliya to Breeze News.

The PF has Jack Shuma as candidate for Malambo while Patricia Mulasikwanda will represent the ruling party in Mulobezi constituency.

And Mr Chama says the governing party has already done its ground work and will win Petauke Central, Malambo and Mulobezi parliamentary by-elections through their Kolopa.Com slogan.

Meanwhile MMD National Secretary, Mwansa Mbulakulima says the former ruling party will announce the outcome of the National Executive Committee resolutions on the parliamentary by-elections tomorrow.

The parliamentary by-elections, which come almost after two years since the seats were declared vacant, have seen UPND picking Allan Zulu to contest Petauke Central and Peter Phiri for Malambo while Hastings Sililo will feature in Mulobezi.

UNIP are featuring Jairos Mchenga in Malambo and Ignatius Phiri in Petauke Central.
