Drivers for the mobile hospital unit have complained of not being paid their settling allowances since they started work in 2011.
This is despite the drivers coming from other districts.
The drivers also refute reports that they underwent some special training before resuming work adding that the reports are just speculations.
In a statement availed to Breeze News, the drivers indicate that they do not understand why the human resource officer is holding on to them instead of handing them over to the one controlling the mobile hospital unit.
The drivers have added that they feel that the situation is bringing a lot of confusion among them adding that they want the matter to be resolved once and for all, so that they know who is supposed to be a mobile driver and who is an ordinary driver.
But when contacted for a comment Provincial Medical Director, Dr. Kennedy Malama says that his office has not received a complaint from the drivers.
