Food Reserve Agency dismiss complaints over job interviews in Chipata

The Food Reserve Agency FRA has dismissed allegations that job interviews conducted last week in Chipata were not transparent.
FRA Public Relations Officer, Michael Mazakaza says that the agency picked the right people for all the jobs that were advertised.
Mr. Mazakaza also dispelled complaints that the agency preferred to employ from people who travelled to Chipata to attend the interviews.
He told Breeze News that those who were complaining are just disgruntled individuals who failed to convince interviewers that they were the right people for the jobs.
The FRA last week held interviews for account assistants, deport supervisors and data entry clerks.
But complaints have emerged that the agency preferred to employ people from Lusaka, who did not even meet the required qualifications.
