Former Eastern Province Permanent Secretary, Emmanuel Mwamba sworn in as Zambia’s High Commissioner to South Africa.

Former Eastern province Permanent Secretary Emmanuel Mwamba has been sworn in as Zambia’s High Commissioner to South Africa.
Mr Mwamba who is also former Information permanent secretary has been sworn in together with Humphrey Francis Chibanda who is heading to France as Ambassador.
This is in a ceremony held at State House this morning by President Edgar Lungu in Lusaka today.
Mr Mwamba is taking over from Muyeba Chikonde while Mr Chibanda who is former chief of state protocol is taking over from ambassador, Solomon Mbuzi, who is currently serving in Russian in the same capacity.
