Government accused of being passive on the enactment of the freedom of information bill.

Government has been accused of being passive over the enactment of the freedom of information bill.
Former information and broadcasting Minister Chrisford Ngulube, told Breeze News that government should not be scared of the bill.
Mr. Ngulube observed that enacting the freedom of information bill will further help journalists be protected and operate freely.
He has therefore, advised journalists not to cover politicians during the 2016 tripartite elections if the bill is not passed so that politicians see the importance of journalists.
Mr. Ngulube charged that political parties have the reputation of abusing media personnel.
