Lumezi MP Isaac Banda accused of neglecting Kazembe chiefdom

Some villagers in Chief Kazembe’s area in Lundazi district have accused Lumezi Member of Parliament, Isaac Banda of not visiting the area.
Speaking to Breeze News, the villagers allege that the MP has not been to the area from the time he was voted MP.
One of the villagers, Chris Nyirenda charged that Mr. Banda says that he is not able to visit Kazembe area because he has been busy attending to other duties.
Mr. Nyirenda complained that the state of the road from Kazembe to Lundazi boma is in a deplorable state and needs urgent attention.
And when contacted, Mr. Banda declined to comment stating that he would make his position on the matter known, later.
