Youth and Sports Development Minister Chishimba Kambwili says that the PF, Patriotic Front Party’s 90 days slogan was a campaign theme.
Reacting to sentiment’s that the PF had promised Zambians to deliver the constitution within 90 days during the 2011 general election campaigns, Mr. Kambwili clarified that the party meant that it would put in place a solid foundation that would help the country develop.

The youth and sports development minister explained that holding a referendum is as expensive as holding a general election.
