Minister of Tourism and Arts, Sylvia Masebo apologies for disregarding electoral rules.

Minister of Tourism and Arts, Silvia Masebo says that she regrets the incident that happened during the nominations of Kapiri Mposhi Parliamentary by-election on 28 March.
Mrs. Masebo told the ECZ, Electoral Commission of Zambia, that she had no intentions of disregarding the law and the commission.
She said this after meeting ECZ officials today.

And Mr. AKufuna has urged all political parties to familiarise themselves with the electoral code of conduct.
