Police in Chipata arrest a 49 year old man for defiling a 10 year old girl.

Police in Eastern Province have arrested a 49 year old man of Magwero area in Chipata for allegedly defiling a 10 year old girl of the same area.
The incident occurred on Monday this week around 06:00 hours in Magwero area.
This was confirmed to Breeze News in a statement made available by Police spokesperson Charity Munganga-Chanda.
Ms. Chanda states that the suspect has been charged with defilement contrary to the Laws of Zambia and will appear in court soon.
