Mr. Chilufya says his office will be informed once investigations are concluded because the law must be applied equally with no discrimination.
And Mr. Chilufya says the condition of Detective Sergeant Kapolyo, who was also shot and is still admitted to Levy Mwanawasa Hospital, is stable.
He says the other officer, Detective Chief Inspector Chilumbu who was shot on the neck and sustained bruises was observed and is out of the hospital.
On October 25th, 2016, Inspector Mukoka from Lusaka shot at the three police officers from Chipata at a check point on Great East Road, a few meters from Airport roundabout.
