And the Permanent Secretary refuted reports that he is on transfer to Luapula Province.

Mr. Kasolo who laughed at the question when asked to clarify rumours that he is on transfer, says that was news to him as the only person, who can transfer him is the President and he has not received any information about the transfer from the Head of State.

Meanwhile, the Permanent Secretary charged it is disgusting to note that LAZ, the Law Association of Zambia has continued to issue statements on the court’s decision over the Presidential petition.

He says LAZ is just like a club and has no mandate to suggest to government what it should do.

Mr. Kasolo added that LAZ has no right to speak on behalf of the people of Zambia.
