Complaints over poor grading of tobacco have emerged from some farmers who sell their produce at Mugubudu floor.
The farmers complained that a manager from named company was in the habit of reducing grades for tobacco, which has already been bought by his buyers.
Speaking to a Breeze News team, which visited the floor to check on the marketing exercise, the farmers expressed frustration over the way their tobacco is being bought.
The farmers stated that this injustice was being done in the presence of TBZ, Tobacco Board of Zambia officers who are not assisting the farmers.
They have appealed to government to intervene in the matter before they completely lose out.
