Zambia national football team acting head coach, Wedson Nyirenda, has named his final 23-man squad for next week’s 2018 FIFA World Cup qualifier with Nigeria.
The game will be played on October 9 at Levy Mwanawasa Stadium.
Nyirenda announced his final squad after he released eleven players yesterday, who were part of the 25-man squad invited for a one week assessment period.
Fourteen local based players have been selected and will be joined by nine foreign-based players, who will be led by skipper Rainford Kalaba.
