Mr. Banda, who was offered a job as provincial public relations assistant officer explained that Mr. Kaumba demanded that the youths pay 30 Kwacha rebased non-refundable fee to be interviewed.
He says that Mr. Kaumba, who left for Kabwe failed to honour his promise adding that the man was no longer reachable through his mobile phone numbers.
And Lundazi District Commissioner, Janet Mvula says that she is not aware that a representative of Youth Association of Zambia visited the district to offer jobs at which 60 youths were employed.
